GUIDE TO RECRUITERS – HIRING OR SOLICITING.
At SOME point you’ll need to hire or partner up with a recruiter to outsource the outreach portion of your business. Maybe you’ve grown tired of sending hundreds upon hundreds of DMs a day as a newbie and want to find someone willing to lease to you. Maybe you’re an intermediate/expert agency owner looking for the same solution.
When it comes to hiring, lots of the details and tips are the same when it comes to hiring ANYBODY, so read up on most of that in the HIRING section.
FINDING LEASERS.
All high-profile leasers have high standards when it comes to the agencies they lease their models to, and with good reason. After all, their income is dependent on how competent YOU are. You MUST be ready to provide traffic for a free trial period before they onboard any models to your agency.
You can find these guys by leveraging public groups or even your own network. See if you know any agencies that have spare models that they wouldn’t mind leasing to you. If they can’t onboard them anyway, it’s a no-brainer to let a friend work on them and still earn a monthly commission from it.
For public groups, you can send a simple message such as: “Looking for quality recruiters that lease models on a 10% commission per month. Ready to prove our traffic skills. DM if you’re down.”
To be perfectly honest, most times when I’ve found helpful partnerships were when I was not expecting it. Just apply networking principles and these people will find you eventually.
