Everyone already knows about hiring on Jobs.ph, Freelancer, Upwork, etc. So I’m going to skip that.

First, I’ll tell you how to hire in Telegram/Discord public groups.

The basic sentence structure that you’re going to send out is like this:

*Hey y’all, <company name> is hiring! Looking for experienced <job title>. Pay will be <pay> <weekly or monthly>. DM me if interested, questions will be answered. Thanks!*

*admins please remove if I’m not allowed to send this*

OR if you want to hire people who are more motivated for higher positions,

Hey y’all, <company name> is looking for like-minded folks to partner on/join us in <grand plan>. <talk more about your vision and ambitions>. Pay will be <insert pay/commission> <weekly or monthly>. DM me if your IQ is above 110 and interested.

This second message has proven to be useful for me MANY times. After all, there are so many hiring messages every single hour on these public groups, you HAVE to make yourself stand out. If you take your time to brief about your story and vision, you’ll be able to find the right people because they’ll be able to distinguish you as on or above their level – real recognize real.

After they hit you in your DMs, you should have prepared a word document that describes the job description, pay, what to expect working with you, why they should work with you, application questions, etc.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS RESPOND WITH ENTHUSIASM AND MOTIVATION IF YOU’VE EXPLAINED YOUR AMBITIONS AND VISION PROPERLY. THESE ARE GUYS THAT YOU CAN BUILD A POWERFUL BROTHERHOOD WITH. (Doesn’t apply for VAs obviously)
