TIKTOK SOPs + Strategies (For VAs)

Onboarding SOPs:

Create a BRAND NEW Tiktok account (For Agency use, not for marketing) Using this account, follow all OF creators and normal creators in the niche of your model.

Scroll your FYP and only like/interact with the videos that are relevant to your niche.

You are doing this to curate a FYP that you can use to find videos for your models to copy in the future.

Daily SOPs:

• Every day, find 5 good videos from your curated FYP/Following page and put the links to those videos onto a Word Document.
• Write down your ideas on the same Document. For example, if you found a trending video in your niche that isn’t NSFW, and you have an idea as to how you can apply an adult twist to it, write it down under the link to the video. Forward this to your model:
• Best times to post: 10.30-12.30pm, 3.30-5.30pm, 7.30-10.30pm.
