It is ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL to examine each model that you’re offering a partnership to. You must be clear as to the value you can provide them, whether or not they even NEED you, and whether they are ALREADY managed by a competent agency. If you DM a chick who has everything on point as a beginner, you’re practically like a 30 year old man who lives in his Mother’s basement playing Fortnite and scrolling through Pornhub who’s trying to bag a Russian supermodel that has 1000X his net worth.
If her profile shows that he/she has not been online for quite a while (approximately a day to a few days) - it’s most likely that she doesn’t have chatters, doesn’t have management, or has POOR management.
Personally, I do not outreach to girls who have above 20K karma. Because of 2 things: They are most likely managed already, AND they have huge EGOs.
Notice if they are missing out on social media platforms. Notice if they are COMPLETELY NEGLECTING a platform. (That provides a clear value add that you can provide) As you progress in OFM, this will become second nature to you - and you will be able to instinctively tell which models are managed and which are not, which are worth reaching out to and which are not. Further along the line, you will also have to pass on this skill to your recruiter.
