For some reason, organization seems to be a secret sauce because nobody new does it.
You absolutely HAVE to keep things organized in your agency – models, their content, your employees, assigning them, etc.
The IDEAL situation is where I create my SaaS for all organizational needs, but let’s talk about what else we can do (and what I’m currently using) before that product is finished.
The following are a set of screenshots I’ve taken of my own agency’s Discord server where everything is organized, along with some explanations.
You can also consider google drive and notion, but notion is too dry and blocky for me to store anything but pure info, and google drive doesn’t have a very good communication feature.
You’d have to share files on drive with your team if none of your members have nitro, however.
