TOO many people complicate onboarding, myself included in the beginning. I was busy trying to set up a perfect onboarding landing page, google form, etc etc etc. ALL NEEDLESS BULLSHIT. Here, I’m going to outline the ONLY things that are crucial for a solid Onboarding module.
Set expectations to respond ASAP. Communication can be ANYWHERE as long as it is accessible. (I used to emphasize Slack, but the truth is - most models aren’t comfortable using a platform that’s COMPLETELY NEW to them, and it’s simply not convenient.)
Ask her to send age confirmation (ID), current niche, all content that she currently has, what she is comfortable doing, etc.
Shoot a couple videos and write a few PDFs on what it’s like to work with your agency and what is to be expected from the model + what can be expected from you. The videos should clarify every step in the process of what it’s like to work together, it should be something that the models can look back to when they have a minor query.
An example of something in a welcome package would be an “Onboarding Document”, which goes into detail on the rough timeline working with your agency. I have this inserted at the end of this page.

Qualifying the lead - Gather all information needed, as presented in this form: <link>
Inquire more - ask more insightful questions (such as why they’re doing OF, why they want to partner up, etc.) and get longer form answers.
(DON’T STRESS ABOUT THE CALL AT ALL. YOU DON’T NEED A SCRIPT IF YOU KNOW YOUR SHIT WELL ENOUGH. JUST CHAT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON AND WELCOME THEM CASUALLY.)
