Here’s the truth.

70% of your model management problems are solved in your recruitment process. You should ONLY accept superstar models (in terms of cooperativeness and motivation) who are enthusiastic about working with you, and the best ways to do that are ads or inbound leads.

To be perfectly honest, the BEST advice that I can give is to not even waste your time with models who don’t fit into your ideal client by at least 70%.

I’ll give out the organic outreach sauce, but I’ll never recommend it. If I had to start over again, I would genuinely start working at McDonalds until I had enough to purchase a model or run ads.

Spending time on a shitty model is just a complete waste of time, and me waffling about dealing with them is just encouraging you to have lower standards and be a lesser agency. Be better. You deserve better.
