HOW TO TELL IF A MODEL IS ACTUALLY WORTH WORKING WITH.

I could go into a long yapping session about why evaluating your models is important, my experience with shitty models, blah blah blah but I won’t waste your time in this program. You can hear about my escapades with shitty models in some of my early blogs, Yalla Papi also has a few where he speaks IN-DEPTH about model management that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU READ on Simphunter.com.

(I am in no way affiliated with him, it’s just something that has helped me greatly and so I’m recommending it to you.)

There are the only things you need to consider:

  1. Response time.

Now you may think that some of her “excuses” are valid since people usually have things to do during the day, but that’s a wad of horse shit. If Elon Musk can take a few minutes out of his supremely busy day to talk shit on Twitter, a random Onlyfans model can DEFINITELY reply to you.

*Personally, I do not accept responses over a 1-day period unless there is a REAL reason.*
  1. Motivation/excitement level.

This is quite obvious, you can tell instinctively through her punctuation in texts, the length of texts, as well as tonality and pitch in calls. This will also translate over to response time and an overall faster workflow.

  1. Obedience + speed.

You NEED to test how much she complies with you asking her for content, because it is the ONLY and MOST CRUCIAL component of her task as a model. We do this FIRST THING, as we ask them to send an entire list of content after onboarding within a 48-hour window to gauge their dedication and obedience as well as work ethic.

Be wary that some models will play off as super cooperative and enthusiastic, but slowly reveal their true colors as you work together more. There’s nothing you can do about this, but to put your focus on other models.
