Listen up - I’m assuming a majority of you do not have capital if you’re reading a free book like this one. First of all, I’d like to applaud you for finding this GEM of a guide, because I promise this will be the greatest free value you will EVER get from an OFM book.

If you’re an experienced agency owner, you can skip this section because (hopefully…) you already know this. This is what I would do if I had no capital. (I didn’t - which pretty much means “This is what I did to begin”...)

COMMISSION IS KING

I had to repeat that once.

When you are starting out, COMMISSION IS KING. When you are running well, SALARY IS KING.

Allow me to explain WHY.

If you are just starting out with nothing, the IDEAL way to succeed is this: (After you’ve done all the steps by yourself first, of course)

• Find a guy who can lease models for commission/Get your own models.
• Find a guy who can do chatting for a commission.
• Find a guy for each platform that can work for commission.
• (Leverage public communities to find these)

After you have that set up, you realistically ONLY need to focus on team-building and management. You don’t even need any specific skills in different platform marketing strategies. ZERO CAPITAL. ZERO “HUSTLING”.

However, you can outsource EVERYTHING except experience. I suggest 1-2 months of working by yourself on all platforms before doing this.
